Hello!! My name is Shanti (she/her), and I’m a sophomore studying Sociology and Global Health. On campus I enjoy doodling at Art Union Club meetings and being on the board for ResilientNU (come check us out if you’re looking for some mindfulness tips)! I’m also a research assistant for the Foundations for Health Research Center which is one of the biological science labs run through Northwestern. I’m always down to head to the lakefill to nap, read, or (try to) do work in my hammock. At Shepard, one of my favorite things to do is wander down to the common areas and see what people are up to (whether that be anything from wii to card games).
I’m thankful for the amazing community at Shepard and am so excited to welcome all the new students to our residential college!
